One of the most meaningful milestones in the journey of See Them Grow Foundation is the completion of the Luena-Harding Micro Clinic in Luuka District, Uganda.
For many families in rural communities, accessing basic healthcare can mean traveling long distances, facing transportation challenges, or delaying treatment because of cost and distance. The vision behind the Luena-Harding Micro Clinic is simple but powerful: bring essential healthcare services closer to the people who need them most.
Through the generous support of the Luena Foundation and the Harding Family, See Them Grow Foundation has been able to complete this important community facility. What began as a vision is now a physical space that is ready to serve children, young mothers, families, and other vulnerable members of the surrounding community.
The clinic will provide a place where community members can seek basic medical care, receive health education, access preventive services, and be connected to appropriate healthcare when more specialized treatment is required. It will also provide an important platform for partnerships with visiting medical teams and local health professionals.
The completion of the clinic is more than the construction of a building. It represents hope, dignity, and a commitment to a healthier community.
We are especially grateful to the Luena Foundation and the Harding Family for believing in this vision and investing in the wellbeing of people in Luuka. Their generosity has helped turn an important community need into a lasting resource.
As we move forward, our priority is to equip the clinic with essential medicines, medical supplies, and equipment so that it can begin providing services to the community.
The building is complete. The next chapter is to fill it with the resources needed to save lives, improve health, and bring hope to families.
