Who We Are

See Them Grow Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that focuses on empowering teenage mothers, youths, children, and people with disabilities in Luuka District by providing access to vocational training skills and resources. The foundation seeks to fulfil the pillars of the rights of children as recognized by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4, which aims to ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning by 2030.

The foundation’s mission is to help these individuals develop the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to create a bright and sustainable future for themselves and their families and to break the cycle of poverty. The See Them Grow Foundation’s vision is a world where every teenage mother, youth, child, and person with a disability in Luuka District has access to the skills, resources, and support they need to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling, independent lives.

The organizational culture of the See Them Grow Foundation is centred on empowerment, inclusiveness, collaboration, accountability, and compassion. By upholding these values, the foundation creates a positive work environment that inspires and motivates employees and volunteers and helps increase productivity and overall impact.
