Lyndah Kobutungi is a dedicated mentor at See Them Grow Foundation under the Global Glow Program, where she creates a safe and nurturing space for girls to share their thoughts, concerns, and aspirations. Hailing from Mbarara District Uganda, Lyndah is passionate about empowering girls and helping them build a brighter future.

In addition to her mentoring role, Lyndah also takes charge of the environment awareness campaign at the foundation. She recognizes the importance of teaching girls about climate change and the impact it has on their communities. She equips the girls with the skills and knowledge to respond to climate-related disasters and adapt to changing resource landscapes.

One of Lyndah’s innovative approaches to environmental awareness is through art and crafts. She teaches the girls to recycle and upcycle by using recycled materials to create beautiful artwork. Through this creative process, Lyndah instills in the girls a sense of responsibility towards the environment and encourages them to become stewards of their natural surroundings.

Her dedication to creating a safe space for girls to express themselves, as well as her commitment to teaching them about environmental sustainability, makes her an invaluable asset to the team. Lyndah’s innovative and creative approach to empowering girls through mentorship and environmental awareness is making a positive impact on the lives of the girls and the community.
